How to take care for your skin in spring

For people with sensitive skin, creams with vitamins A, E, B and natural oils are suitable.

Rule # 2. Moisturize properly

Of course, in spring skin care can’t be without moisturizing products. People with very dry skin should pay attention to creams with probiotics, which are able to restore the microbiome, because a balanced microflora on the surface of the skin is the key to its health and beauty. People with oily skin types need to pay attention to lighter textures of creams that will not clog pores. Of course, vitamins and plant extracts in the composition are very appropriate in the spring.

Here, various serums and masks will come to the rescue. Such remedies are not used constantly, and for a visible effect, a course of application is enough.

For moisturizing facial skin, for example, masks with lactic enzymes are good. For recovery - masks containing polyunsaturated fatty acids: they not only moisturize, but also restore the lipid balance.

 

The vitamins in the masks will help restore skin tone in spring. Retinol (vitamin A), tocopherol (vitamin E), and vitamin C work especially well. Masks for oily skin often contain clay. However, they should not be overused to avoid a dry skin.
